  I requested a quote from Victor's Electronic Repairs, and he really did get back to me within 10 minutes!
  
  Our old Dell PC stopped turning on, and it had the amber light of death. I had an idea what the problem could be, but I wasn't comfortable experimenting with fixing the computer on my own. Victor quickly confirmed that the issue would either be the power supply or the motherboard, and provided a fair estimate of cost and the time needed for repair.
  
  When I dropped my computer off, Victor did a quick test to determine that the issue was the power supply. Since it was a common problem that did not take too much time to fix, and because I live about 30-40 minutes away, Victor kindly offered to complete the repair within half an hour so I didn't have to spend my day driving back and forth. And when I came to pick up the CPU, Victor was nice enough to carry it to my car for me.
  
  This shop seems like a great local business that cares about its customers, and I will definitely be back if I have any other computer issues. I also used the yelp deal gives you $25 off, which was a bonus.
