    I ordered a down view table from their site. It specifically says on their email receipt:

    "Orders ship in 1-2 business days and should arrive at destination within 7-10 business days of shipping."

    We have a grand opening in our facility happening in a couple of days and we'releft gaping hole on our reception area. I've communicated with the company and was given the run around by Cherie. This is bad customer service. A simple honest response would've fixed this situation.
