If I could rate zero stars, I would. By far the most horrific experience my family and I had. Claimed illegitimate damage. The whole experience was horrible. Process was handled unprofessionally, the staff looks like stepped out of Detroit and the employee kept telling us our bags wouldn't fit in our car so we would upgrade. She also pushed getting the insurance taking advantage of out-of-towners stating everyone gets in accidents insinuating we would most likely have a fender bender. Had to catch an early flight before they opened so keys were left in night drop box without staff being able to accompanying us on a final inspection and that was a HUGE mistake. Never received a copy of our initial inspection recording previous damages. Please save your family and friends the misery of ending a wonderful vacation on a sour note. This place is not worth the discounted rates up front, they will hit you on the way out.
