  Awful experience with TLS moving from California to Tennessee. 2 days after our expected delivery date we call to get an update and find out our belongings haven't even left California because of a truck issue, but we weren't informed of the delay. Finally when our goods were delivered, we were only provided ONE guy to move everything himself. Not only did it take this poor guy forever (7 hours to move in a one bedroom apartment) but it was also awful watching him struggle with all of our belongings. He couldn't be careful with our goods because he could barely move them himself. When it came to our appliances, he actually asked me for help - so I ended up moving a washing machine up the stairs myself when I paid LITERALLY thousands of dollars for someone else to do it for me. We informed Valerie of everything going on, and she assured us we were still getting the service we paid for, but we didn't. Our contract stated a TEAM of movers would be provided, and it wasn't. Our contract stated this team would re-assemble all of our furniture, which they didn't - we had to do it ourselves. After our complaints, which were supported by photos and videos - Valerie told us we could file an insurance claim for any damaged goods but as for the poor service (aka them completely ignoring the terms of our contract) they could only offer us a $75 reimbursement for the inconvenience. $75 is roughly 3% of the total we paid. Let me reiterate - I was asked to move my own appliances up a flight of stairs because the hired mover couldn't do it alone. We would never recommend this company to anyone after this. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
