    Hired A+ to replace locks for my mother about 8 months ago. Locks installed by the land lord were cheap, and they had one of those push button bathroom door locks on the back door of her apartment. Service was done quickly and professionally, and the work was very high quality but expensive. I live out of town and just needed the job done, so I paid it.

    Flash forwards one week, and I receive a call from their main office. Apparently the technician that did the work was new, and he over charged me. I didn't have any complaints about the work, and A+ never would have heard from me. However, they noticed internally that their pricing wasn't quite right and processed a refund for the overcharge. That kind of honesty and integrity is commendable, and if I lived in the area I would use A+ for any locksmithing project without hesitation!
