  I came home to find the fire department on my driveway and smoke coming out of my kitchen and dining room windows. Turned out my grandmother had decided to make us dinner and accidently left something on the stove that caught fire. Luckily she heard the smoke alarm, ran out and asked the neighbors to call the fire department. The fire department was able to put out the fire quickly but the damage was pretty bad. The kitchen was not only partially burnt and covered in soot, it also had water damage. One of my neighbors recommended Rainbow to me and I am so glad I called them! They arrived at my requested time the very next morning and handled everything with my insurance adjuster. It was my first time making a home insurance claim and I was a bit clueless. Given the circumstances, the Rainbow supervisor made me feel at ease. They cleaned up, dried up the walls and floors for a few days and I was able to call a contractor to start on the repairs the next week. Thanks for the great work Van Nuys Rainbow, you saved us so much time!

  There are so many companies giving quotes based on what you want to pay but most of them cut corners in order to make this happen and do not provide a detailed report of everything they’re going to do and what they’re going to use. After collecting 4 different bids, I chose to work with Rainbow of Van Nuys because they thoroughly explained everything to me and provided me with the price breakdown. Unfortunately, I was unable to use my insurance to claim the mold damage I had in my home, but I will be working with Rainbow for all of my property damage needs because they’re pricing is transparent and they have gained my trust
