    The customer service at this facility is the best I have ever experienced at a self-storage facility. The manager, Erika, sincerely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. She is friendly, responsive, answers my questions, promptly returns phone calls, etc. I highly recommend this business to anyone in Studio City in need of extra storage space.

    My friend recommended this place. Service was great. I was in and out in a timely manner. I have had bad experiences with a couple of storage spots where the person at the counter just seems not to really care. However, Erika, was really helpful and friendly. Also the facility is very clean. I would definitely recommend this place. Easy access and very convenient.
