  Some of the best, and friendliest customer service I have ever gotten. I went to this location with an armful of questions and very specific needs (which I won't get into here). The rep there (I think it was "Ian"?) was very patient with me, answered my million questions, AND, even though I'm sure he had lots of other things to do, took me on a tour of the property and showed me the different sized units. While at the end of the day I did not get a unit at this location for my very specific thing, this will be the first place I go when I have regular storage needs, and the first place I'll recommend to anyone one in the area. I do wish that the grounds were little better maintained; potholes and general griminess in some areas, there should be more and brighter lighting. I think the place could use a bit of a make-over.
