  This is what you want your Pilates studio and instructor to be like. The studio is easy to find and to find parking in. The equipment is clean, there are serene hardwood floors, and there is no lack of high-quality equipment. With Marie, you find a good instructor who loves the Pilates in the classic sense, so while she is personable , she checks your every move to have the correct form and benefit to your body and work-out. My working with her not only helps my core and my posture, but also helps get all those kinks and stiffness out of my upper back or neck. Please do consider her for your next Pilate experience.
