  I presented with an extruded lumbar disk and sciatica which impaired walking and was extremely painful. Other specialists were ready to do injections, surgery. Other forms of therapy did not seem to help. Peak Performance not only took care of the problem and prevented re-occurrence, but addressed root causes. This did not return my life to me, but gave me a new one. I wish I had known and practiced in my teens or 20s what they taught me about walking (also sitting and standing) in my 60s. In many ways, I actually feel younger now than then. Shannon oversees and directs an impeccable practice.
