  I love Pavillion ! I have lived here for two years and they have provided me and my family with a wonderful luxury home! American standard brand appliances, a well maintained gated entry way with a pool and jacuzzi which is always clean. The landlord Atiya is awesome! she is on call 24/7 when I am locked out, if she is home she makes sure to help out. She explains the lease and rules very well and is always super professional. The neighbors are more like family and are extremely polite- they choose carefully on who you live with. We have a gated parking structure and the neighborhood is very safe. Right off the 101, easy access to CSUN and Pierce.

  Wonderful manager Yolanda, who is warm, friendly & cares about her residents. The complex is a small quiet community , that’s safe & has great amenities to offer its residents. Wonderful place to live
