  I had to give this at least one star or I was not able to post my review. Read carefully before going to this place.
  I have been to this spa several times. On that day I did not have an appointment. I just walked in and asked for one of the gals whoever was available.
  I was not happy with my service and when the manager asked me how it was, I simply said I would ask for Cindy next time. I didn't want to get into it with her. When she ran my credit card I put a line through where it said tip. I did not want to leave a tip. I did not like the service.
  I was getting in my car when the manager ran after me and interrogated me about why I did not leave a tip. I did not want to make a scene as yy now the other workers in the business next door were coming out to see what was going on. Then one of the male persons from the spa came out to see if there was trouble. All this because I did not leave a tip! I was so appalled! This has never happened tp ,e. Now i will NEVER go back to that business because of the way I was treated. It was humiliating and embarresing to say the least. Tips are not part of the charge for the service. They are OPTIONAL. If you MUST leave a tip or they will hunt you down in the parking lot then that should be posted somewhere.
