    Hannah was such a knowledgeable and considerate instructor! She asked if I had any injuries or physical problems to note, so I told her about my shoulder/neck pain/stiffness and she did an impeccable job and opening them up throughout the class. This class was the perfect combination of strength-building (read: fitness) and stretching (read: relaxation); I got the thorough yoga experience! I would go back just to have Hannah as an instructor again (but the studio was very clean and modern, too!)!
