  *UPDATE* previous review from mid 2017. I had discontinued my membership for about 6 months and when i returned, i was pleasantly surprised to find all new staff & possibly management. Employees no longer park in the fire lane &shower cleanliness has improved. Machines are still ancient but I very much enjoy the fitness classes & large hot tub. I've changed my 2 star rating to 4. Thanks for the improvements guys!.....(previous review: ) I like la fitness but avoid this location! It's extremely run down and management will not address your concerns. I received a welcome call by someone at la fitness asking how my work outs are going and I politely addressed a couple of concerns and she rudely cut me off saying that those are "maintenance issues" and she only needs to hear about my workouts! Only half of the tredmills actally work, Staff is allowed to block the fire zone and the building is so old I doubt the fire sprinkler system has been tested in decades! Looks like a death trap. The stair masters here are older than me, and the shower stalls smell like mold. Girls at the front desk spend their day gossiping about members instead of taking the time to greet or welcome them. But on the bright side, this location has the BEST hot tub & pool area.
