    Horrible service!! Booked & pre-paid a car online, but when I showed up they had no car available. No phone call or email notifying me of the the issue beforehand. No apology, no sorry, nada - when I was there at te counter trying to pick up the car. Staff acted like it was the most normal thing for them to happen...and the same when I called back the experience to get my pre-paid money back. Will never go back again. This location has serious issues and is damaging the Hertz brand big time.
