    I wish I could give them negative 120000! Legendary horrific: dysfunctional from top to the bottom, incompetent, inefficient, indifferent. I am puzzled how this behemoth is still afloat and getting enormous funds injections from equally inefficient Obamascare. This joke of an organization that had managed to surpass the wildest horrors of any communist red tape whatsoever.
    It took me literally 6 months to complete my enrollment. I am not kidding! I cannot describe the mountains of paperwork, brochures, new enrollment forms, welcome packages, provider directories payment requests delivered to me by weekly with the manic persistence.

    No amount of hours spent on the phone with scores of incompetent morons scratching their heads in amazement at the bureaucracy wonders their organization is capable of; could resolve my case simple in its idiocy. Only filing an official complaint against Covered California through government social services board that oversees this nightmare of health services, made CC interfere and start pressuring HealthNet on my behalf. Only under threat of judge hearing over their head. They wouldn't give a damn otherwise.
    The reason for this tangled nightmare - change of plan and adding new members! All it takes to have this system collapse in a seizure of inefficiency. Permanent errors on payment link, phone payment refusing to take a new plan payment. Cash payment through Walmart had disappeared only to surface months later in different versions of multiple agents, ranging through application to a mythical debt owed by me to Healthnet since January and "over payment" available to be applied towards next month coverage. I had to reapply 4 times - monthly becasue I couldn't complete the enrollment and payment process due to the bugs and glitches in their payment system and no one could do anything about it!!!! Every month I would receive a letter informing me that my application was terminated due to failure to pay my enrollment fee and "see you back in November" farewell note. Covered California grievances rep would interfere and work with the counterpart in Healthnet to reapply for next month coverage.
    Finally, my payment went through and coverage had stuck in August. If you thought my nightmare was over - you are a naive toddler. of course Medical Group and PCP provider assigned are not the ones I asked for!!! HealthNet wouldn't let you have it the easy way.
    Ok, let's try change this online. It's 21st century, right? Wrong!!!
    Multiple attempts to change PCP result in permanent error and when after a week of persistent attempts I manage to get the change through, it informs me I cannot change PCP provider for other members of my household. So they have to logon, create their own profiles and change their own PCP - they are all under my policy and I am as a Policyholder that pays this god damned insurance, cannot change the PCP and Medical Group wholesale!!!
    HealtNet just assigned whoever their psychotic system decided, to the entire family but to change it - every member should do it on her/his own.
    Now I have to spend more hours on the phone with their dreadful customer service trying to change PCP and it will take me months and in the meanwhile I cannot get any medical service!
    Online search for providers gives ZERO results for OBGYN. How come? What am I supposed to do in this situation? Spend a few more hours on the phone again?

    I am not sure how this cluster f..k of epic proportions is allowed to exist in the civilized advanced country? How is Covered California choosing partners to provide medical services to people covered through this marketplace? Why does this governmental organization allow siphoning of enormous funds, grossly overpaying for horrendous, torturous lack of basic services?

    Healthnet should become a target of federal investigation and eventually shut down. There is cry of disgust all over the NET and literally ZERO positive feedback. How come that this monster is invincible to severe public criticism and sees no need in overhauling its current practices?
