  Negotiated Mercedes G63 deal, finalized price (which was fair) then went back & forth on logistics and payment for days, no urgency. I also sent messages confirming the vehicle is secured for me and offer deposit over the phone. They said it wasn't necessary. No returned text messages on questions and finally got ahold of them by phone yesterday. Ryan's response was his boss told him to wait 1-2 hours. And he would call me back. Again no call back. I called again and the vehicle sold to someone else at higher price.
  
  Totally could of been handle more professionally. This is very disappointing.
