  We've used Fox Auto Parks for years when we need to travel out of LAX. We have yet to experience what others have commented on. Yes, there are fewer shuttles than Enterprise, etc. so you need to know that ahead of time - your wait could be 20-25 minutes. The staff has always been courteous. Their shuttle drivers always help load and unload bags – I just rented from Alamo in Denver and you're on your own - their shuttle drivers don't get out of their seats. Following their instructions to text when you land, our car is always waiting for us. In fact, the gentleman behind the desk today asked if I needed help loading my luggage.
