    Terrible experience . My grandfather was a firefighter and has been part of the firefighting family for 55 years . I went to take a loan and was given three different promises. Each time I accomplished what they wanted they changed the term of the loan. They don't keep promises and they sure do not care about the firefighting community . It used to be family . Not any more . They just simply attempt to
    Extort firefighters and their families . Stay away it is not what it used to be
