Negative experience at the drop-off window with an employee named Ricky. After I asked for clarification on a scheduling/inventory issue, he turned his head to the side and muttered, "Oh my God!" Pretty loud. It's possible he was attempting a can-you-believe-this-guy whisper, but it was 100% audible. I guess he didn't feel like helping customers that day. Rude service. On the plus side, the store was pretty tidy.
