  Brought in my Wrangler JK for some recall work. Was told that they would swap out parts and do a courtesy inspection. Not long after my car was ready and I asked to speak to the tech to see how it went and ask to see parts removed. I was shown the clock spring and was told there was no courtesy inspection done even though I was told it would be done.
  
  I then noticed that there was someone washing my car (I was not told it would be washed nor did I request it) and I asked the manager who was escorting me to and from the work bays to have the wash stopped immediately as I watched the guy wiping my car down with a dirty shammy. I cringed as he went from front straight back to my plastic windows which is a sure way to get swirl scratches (I had been wheeling recently and the car was dusty). Then he went back to the front and did it again even after being told to stop! BLASPHEMY!
  
  I got in the Jeep and while driving away noticed my custom ram mount at the passenger grab handle was missing a jam nut. Turns out they lost it and didn't bother to or forgot tell me. They found me a different nut and I was on my way...
  
  If you go here please double check the work done and don't let them wash your car if you care at all about scratches. If you don't tell them NOT to wash your car THEY WILL WASH IT and you could end up with scratched paint/plastic windows.
