  This cafe provides no indoor seating and seating outdoors is limited. Although umbrellas are available; oftentimes you'll find yourself eating in the sun. Their avocado sandwich is delicious but expect to purchase a drink or bag of chips with your sandwich. No sides are included in the order. They also serve coffee, pasties and a great boba drink. Don't expect to use your card without spending a minimum of $10. The owner requires you purchase more then the $10 amount in order to swip your card on orders. The service is poor! The owner is often rude and his beverage prices are more then neighboring cafe's.
