    Excellent maintenance and good management. Lots of decent amenities. Studios are not the best, but they suffice. Very limited, thin walls though and lots of smokers. The big problem is the exorbitant rent. They are losing lots of good people with the rent hikes: 2015 was $1756, 2017 is $1880 for 400sf. A lot of the underserved wealthy tenants who have no respect for the staff, the apartments or the facilities are taking over!
