Not honest with how much they charge. Unaffordable. The hairdressers need to learn how to speak English. The salon is too small to accommodate all the people. The salon does not look very clean. They lost a great customer of 2 years, but now more then Happy I took my business to Sylmar barbershop/hair salon and they deserve 5 stars!
