    I had an extremely negative experience in the ordering process, which lacks a confirmation page. The order was sent to the wrong address, which I didn't know until I checked with USPS. In the age of Amazon, their ordering process feels 100 years old.

    When I called in with the complaint, the customer service was some of the rudest, most condescending and abrasive I've ever received. I was actually told "I'm going to end this call now because we're talking in circles." We had been on the phone for no less than 5 minutes and all I called in to tell them was that my product was shipped to the wrong address. Apparently that was none of their concern.

    I have not yet received my order (it has now been 13 days, and I ordered 1-2 day shipping), and I'm growing suspect that it will ever come.

    An all-around bad experience. Of all the printers in the country, there is absolutely no reason to use this one.
