  I was refused to complete my recent back account I just opened by Andrea Rodriguez looks like high school drop out. Anyhow the first contact was Luisa and she took 20 mins to realize why I was there for a direct deposit to my bank account at chase branch and the lady said my paperwork was a little over a year old and wasn't current and I said what's considered current and she said today with a nasty attitude by Andrea R. I said show me the policy on paper and she said there is no such policy. I feel I was discriminated against.
