  Horrible customer service and a cheat! I did weekly rentals from them when my car was in body shop. I used to pick up car at 9:00 am weekday and return 9:00 am saturday. One week I got there early to pick up the weekly rental and was given a car at around 8:30 am. When I returned the car on Saturday at 9:00 am (that's the earliest they open on sat.) I was charged for an whole extra day because of the 30 min early pickup. I was not explained of the extra charge when I picked up the car. They just sneaked in the charge. Be very careful. Look at the charges on the "Estimated Charges" sheet when you sign the paper. Needless to say, I called the guy a shady crook to his face and took my business to enterprise.
